Two drops. One body.

Everything HypePad does with a coin’s creator fees, from the transaction you sign to the order the engine places on Hyperliquid. Every number on this page comes from the code that runs it.

Overview

HypePad launches Pump.fun coins whose creator fees don’t sit idle. Each coin is paired with something on Hyperliquid, and its trading fees go to work there.

A coin on HypePad is a normal Pump.fun coin. What changes is where its creator fees go. At launch you write a split into Pump.fun’s fee-sharing config: part stays with you, part goes to the coin’s own treasury. The treasury bridges that SOL to Hyperliquid, runs the pairing you chose with the limits you set, and sends a share of any profit back to Solana to buy the coin and burn it.

Pump.fun side

Every coin is quoted in HYPE on its Pump.fun curve and graduates to a HYPE pool on PumpSwap. You still pay in SOL: it is swapped to HYPE in the same trade.

Hyperliquid side

A dedicated account per coin trades a market, follows a trader, sits in a vault, holds a position or stacks an asset.

The loop

Profits above the high-water mark come home as SOL and buy the coin. Every token bought is burned.

Start

Quickstart

A launch takes one form and one wallet approval.

  1. Step 1

    Name the coin

    Image (up to 3.5 MB), name (up to 32 bytes), ticker (up to 10 characters). Drop an image anywhere on the page.
  2. Step 2

    Pick a pairing

    Market, trader, vault, long/short position or spot asset. The picker shows live Hyperliquid data.
  3. Step 3

    Set the limits

    Fee share (10–100%), buyback share (0100%), and for perps the leverage and stop-loss.
  4. Step 4

    Approve once

    One signature creates the coin and sends 0.032 SOL of fuel to its treasury. The treasury writes the fee split itself seconds later.
Launch a coin

Deep links

Prefill the form with query parameters: /launch?mode=position&target=ETH&symbol=ETHBULL. mode is one of market, trader, vault, position, asset.

Start

How fees flow

Seven stages, two chains, one cycle every five minutes.

01Trades pay creator fees

Solana

Every buy and sell on the Pump.fun curve or PumpSwap pays a creator fee into the coin’s fee vault.

02Collect

Solana

Pump’s fee-sharing config pays the treasury its share. The engine only collects when at least 0.003 SOL is waiting.

03Bridge through Unit

Bridge

Spare SOL above the 0.015 SOL gas reserve is sent to the coin’s Unit deposit address once it reaches 0.13 SOL.

04Swap to USDC

Hyperliquid

It lands on Hyperliquid as USOL and is sold for USDC, then moved to the perp account if the pairing trades perps.

05Run the pairing

Hyperliquid

Rebalance the market or position, mirror the trader, deposit into the vault, or buy the asset. Limits apply every cycle.

06Take profit

Hyperliquid

Profit above the high-water mark times your buyback share is sold for USOL and sent home once it is worth $15.

07Buy and burn

Solana

Arrived SOL buys the coin on its curve (or Jupiter after graduation) and every token bought is burned.

Nothing waits for a human. A cron job runs every coin in order, oldest first. Each step logs an event with its transaction signature, which the coin page shows as a receipt.

Profit rule (lib/engine/strategy.ts)
// Profit only counts above the last high-water mark
const profit = equity - depositedUsd
const take = (profit - profitMarkUsd) * (buybackBps / 10_000)

if (take >= 15) {
  sendHomeAsSol(take)          // USDC -> USOL -> Unit -> SOL on Solana
  profitMarkUsd = profit - take // next withdrawal needs fresh profit
}
Money owed to buybacks is never bridged back out. The bridge only sends SOL above the gas reserve and above what buybacks still need.

Pairings

Pairing types

Five ways to put fees to work, from simple accumulation to copying a trader.

Hyperliquid market

Medium risk · mode=market

What it does
Every cycle compares the last daily close with its 7-day average. Above: long. Below: short. Size = treasury × leverage.
Limits
Leverage 1x to 10x (capped by the market). Stop-loss 10% to 60% from peak, then 3 days flat.
Where profit comes from
USDC withdrawn from the perp account.

Hyperliquid trader

Higher risk · mode=trader

What it does
Reads the trader’s open perps, keeps their six largest legs and copies each leg’s weight of account value.
Limits
Gross exposure capped at 1x to 5x (legs scale down to fit). Stop-loss from peak, 3-day cooldown.
Where profit comes from
USDC withdrawn from the perp account.

Hyperliquid vault

Medium risk · mode=vault

What it does
Deposits 99% of free USDC into the vault whenever at least $5 is available.
Limits
No leverage controls: risk is whatever the vault leader takes. Closed vaults are rejected at launch.
Where profit comes from
Withdrawn from the vault (vault lockups can delay this).

Long or short

Higher risk · mode=position

What it does
Holds one fixed direction on one perp, sized at treasury × leverage. New fees top the position up.
Limits
Same as market: leverage up to 10x, stop-loss from peak, 3-day cooldown.
Where profit comes from
USDC withdrawn from the perp account.

Hyperliquid asset

Lower risk · mode=asset

What it does
Buys the spot asset against USDC with every deposit of $11 or more. Never sells except for buybacks.
Limits
No leverage, no stop-loss. The asset can still fall.
Where profit comes from
Sells only the buyback share of the asset.
Market trend rule
// The exact rule a "market" pairing runs every cycle
function trendSign(closes: number[]) {
  if (closes.length < 8) return 1
  const last = closes[closes.length - 1]
  const sma7 = closes.slice(-8, -1).reduce((s, c) => s + c, 0) / 7
  return last >= sma7 ? 1 : -1 // 1 = long, -1 = short
}

const notional = trendSign(closes) * equity * leverage

Risk limits

Limits are chosen at launch, re-checked by the server against live Hyperliquid data, and stored with the coin.

SettingRangeApplies toWhat it does
Fee share10–100%AllShare of creator fees routed to the treasury. The rest stays with the launcher.
Buyback share0–100%AllShare of new profit sent home to buy and burn the coin. The rest compounds.
Leverage1–10xMarket, positionCapped at the market’s own maximum on Hyperliquid.
Exposure cap1–5xTraderGross exposure across copied legs. Legs scale down to fit.
Stop-loss10–60%Perp pairingsDrop from the peak treasury value that closes everything.
Cooldown3 daysPerp pairingsAfter a stop, no new positions. The peak resets to the new level.
Rebalance band20%Perp pairingsPositions only resize when off target by this much (or $11), to save fees.
Stop-loss rule
// Checked every cycle for perp pairings
if (hasPositions && equity < peak * (1 - stopLoss)) {
  closeAll()                     // reduce-only market orders

The simulation

The launch page preview replays real data. It is a sanity check, not a forecast.

PairingData usedMethod
MarketHyperliquid daily closesDaily-rebalanced leverage with the 7-day trend rule, stop-loss and 3-day cooldown.
PositionHyperliquid daily closesFixed direction, daily-rebalanced leverage, stop-loss and cooldown.
AssetHyperliquid spot daily closesBuys every day with that day’s fees (dollar-cost averaging).
VaultCurrent vault APRCompounds APR / 365 daily.
TraderTrader’s 30-day ROICompounds the 30-day return spread daily.

What it ignores

Trading fees, funding, slippage, bridge fees and the minimum sizes the engine waits for. Past prices predict nothing, and a trader’s or vault’s recent return says little about the next month.

Under the hood

What you sign

Your wallet shows one approval. The fee split is written automatically right after the coin lands.

TransactionSigned byNotes
CreateYouPump.fun create_v2 with the coin’s treasury as curve creator, optional dev buy, and 0.032 SOL of fuel to the treasury. Dev buy is capped at 5 SOL.
Fee splitThe coin’s treasury, automaticallycreateFeeSharingConfig + updateFeeSharesV2. Shares: you (100% − fee share) and the treasury (fee share). Pump locks the split after this first update. Retried by the engine until it lands.

Server-side checks

  • The pairing is re-validated against live Hyperliquid data. The browser’s numbers are never trusted.
  • The create transaction is simulated before you see it.
  • After signing, every instruction is fingerprinted and compared with what was prepared. Anything added or changed is rejected.
  • If the approval takes too long and the blockhash expires, the form re-prepares once automatically.
  • Launches only run on the published domain, because the metadata URI is written on chain forever.

Under the hood

Treasury and custody

Each coin gets its own Solana treasury and its own Hyperliquid account.

Both are derived deterministically from a server secret and the coin’s mint address, so no two coins share funds and nothing needs to be stored. The coin page shows both addresses, and every movement between them is logged with a signature you can check on Solscan or the Hyperliquid explorer.

This is custodial

The engine signs for the treasury and the Hyperliquid account. Nobody, including the launcher, can withdraw from them by hand, but you are trusting HypePad’s server to run the rules on this page. Don’t route more fees than you are comfortable with.

Under the hood

The engine

One job, every five minutes. Each coin runs at most once every four minutes, oldest first.

ThresholdValueWhy
Collect fees≥ 0.003 SOLSmaller payouts cost more in gas than they bring in.
Gas reserve0.015 SOLAlways kept on the treasury so it can pay for its own transactions.
Bridge out≥ 0.13 SOLUnit has a minimum deposit and a fee.
Hyperliquid order≥ $11Hyperliquid’s minimum order value, with a little headroom.
Send profit home≥ $15Below this the round trip is not worth it. Profit keeps accruing.
Buyback≥ 0.01 SOLBought on the curve with 5% slippage, or Jupiter after graduation, then burned.
Every step is isolated. If one fails (say Hyperliquid is down), the error is logged on the coin page and the next steps still run. Bridge arrivals are matched to Unit operation ids, so a payout is credited to buybacks exactly once.

FAQ

Can I change the pairing after launch?

No. The pairing and limits are stored with the coin at launch so holders know exactly what they are buying.

What happens if the treasury loses money?

Nothing comes home until the treasury is back above its high-water mark. Perp pairings stop out at your stop-loss and sit flat for 3 days.

Does the coin still graduate normally?

Yes. It is a standard Pump.fun coin. After graduation, creator fees keep flowing from PumpSwap and buybacks go through Jupiter.

Who pays gas?

The treasury pays its own gas from the 0.032 SOL you send at launch, topped up by collected fees. 0.015 SOL is always held back for it.

Why can’t I launch from the preview?

Coin metadata points at a URL forever. Launches only run on the published domain so that URL never dies.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Leverage can lose everything it touches. Pair with care.
